Description of 1979 Ford Bronco

Update Texas title is coming via Fedx suppose to arrive tomorrow September 2, 2023
Update I did more digging into the history. This vehicle was purchased new in 1979 according to buyers order I have. Previous owner before me purchased it in 2019, it had sat in the muffler shop in Mexico since 1992 when owner died. Vehicle was only driven locally original owners sister states the 58k miles on the odometer is all it has on it because her brother never went anywhere. The ford emblem was stolen on steering wheel when it was in paint shop in Mexico. I can’t swear to this information being 100% accurate just passing on what I have been told.

79 Ford B100 was found in a Muffier shop in Mexico. It was parked in the garage where it sat for 27 years after owner died in 1992. I purchased the vehicle from a guy in McAllen Texas who is an auto mechanic of nearly 50 years he purchased the vehicle in March 2019 . He tore down the motor and had cylinders bored to 10 over, crank and cam was check and still within spec. All new rings, mains, crank and cam bearings. Heads were decked new springs and valve seals. New Radiator, new fuel and oil pump. All lights and turn signals work. Truck was tore down and repainted as you can see from the photos There are some surface rust spots starting and some bubbling in places, floors are sold, rockers and bottom side of doors solid. These trucks didn’t come with heat or AC to my knowledge. This is my husband’s vehicle he can answer any questions I’ll provide his email. All new tires and rims, 4 speed transmission, vehicie was inspected in 2022 and tagged here in Texas. Motor runs like a dream, needs power steering pump husband hasn’t had time to mess with it. Hood is rusty underneath and brittle around the edges. My husband can send more photos and videos so don’t be scared to ask we could only post so many on here. We have original paperwork from where it was bought at a Mexican Ford dealer. It does have a Texas title and will take a week or so to get it from bank once we pay it off from the sale. In the mean time will provide a bill of sale and all original Mexican documents. Motor has less than 500 miles since rebuild. Husband seen and wanted it and never drove it but around the block. Brakes seem to work okay but I’m sure they need updating. I realize this is a new account but we figured we might have a wider reach possible. Anyone is welcome to come and view the truck.
