All original steel. Hot rod Flathead with dual Strombergs

This pickup is 3 years worth of weekends .
When I got the truck the body was off and there was no rear bed. The chassis was completely restored and the moto, trans and rear end where rebuilt.
The person that I got it from had rebuilt many flathead motors for me over the years. I consider him one of the best. He spent over 25 years rebuilding Catipilar engines. Retired and sold me the truck unfinished.
I replaced the floo, all the lower quarter panels and the lower half of the rear cab.
The rest of the cab was nice. 90 % of the cab has Dynamat sound deadner installed.
Dash was restored . Dash light, gas gauge and amp meter need to be hooked up. Windshield motor needs rebuilt.
Interior was done by a friend of mine that specializes in 50,s and 60,s style interiors and loves early fords.
The bed is USA made and a complete reproduction.
The wiring is not correct original, It is just a simple job.
I left it 6 volt positive ground and it works just fine. The nuts and bolts are not correct origina, Most were replaced with quality stuff.
The brakes are Lincoln Mercury larger diameter daimeter with larger shoes and new. All the glass is new.
The trans is a factory 4 speed and shifts like new. There are no issues with this truck other than what is mentioned .
As for the reason I am selling, Most of you 70 + year olds out there will understand. You younger ones will understand later.
As you can see the workmanship on this truck is top of the line. Take a good look at those fenders, the underside is just as good.
The motor has a 3/4 ca, Adjustable lifters, Aluminum heads and manifold with dual carbs. I amd looking for the spec,s on the motor. Will post when I find them.
