1972 Ford Mustang Mach 1 with Marti report. Has sport deck rear seat. I have owned car for one year. Clear clean title in my name. Mileage of 68964 may or may not be actual. According to previous reputable owner, motor, transmission and rear end have all been recently rebuilt and are numbers matching. I haven't checked. I'm not a Ford guy but will look if you let me know where. Runs excellent, lots of power, shifts smoothly. Shouldn't say this but will smoke the tires without any effort! Newer paint which is driver quality. Some clear coat runs, imperfections in basecoat, orange peel. Could use a buffing or drive as is and enjoy. Interior is complete and looks very good as is (newer seats, door panels, head liner, dash). Some cracking, mismatched paint in interior panels which could be replaced or repainted. Car has zero rust issues. Things I noticed that have been replaced before I bought the car:  Brake pads, power booster, gas tank, Holley carburetor, ceramic coat headers, exhaust. Lower partial drivers rear quarter was replaced due to some damage (not rust). Has NACA hood so would be easy to add actual Ram Air system. System would run around $650. Has Crager Weld wheels with fair tires (only did the one burnout!), need a rebalance or replaced as car shakes at 60+. A couple of things: when headliner was installed it looks great however they installed over where dome light would be. I can feel it so probably an easy addition if you can grab the wire. I have bought quite a few cars on Ebay and one thing I have learned is that the cars are never as nice as they look in pictures. Also, I have bought cars for premium price expecting them to be "mint" but they ALWAYS need something! Never "turn key". I try and be as honest as I can on condition of car. I priced this car with imperfections taken into account and believe it is a fair price for this car compared to other original Mach 1's on Ebay that are almost double the price.
