1964 ford galaxie 500 xl convertible, bucket seats, console shift, nice top

For Sale: 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL convertible, 390 4 BBL, automatic, power steering and power brakes. This cool 60's convertible runs and drives great. Rides nice. The top works well. The body is very nice and the underside is very solid. The original Palomino interior is in great shape and is very stylish with its bucket seats and console with floor shift. The paint is in good shape and the chrome is also. The black top canvass is good. Glass is all good. Nice vinyl convertible boot. The exhaust sounds nice with fairly recent exhaust put on. The correct Ford wire spinner hubcaps look great on the radial tires. Bumpers shine well and the stainless and window trim are very good. The interior chrome and stainless is pretty as well. Nice console and no cracks on the dash. The gauges are clear and easy to read. The dash face is very good and the dash knobs and steering wheel horn ring are shiny. New generator and battery installed 2 weeks ago. The following items are working: all lights and turn signals, radio, windows and vent windows, driver's remote mirror, door courtesy lights, fuel gauge, temp ga., oil light Generator light, speedometer, heat and defrost and 3-speed fan, fresh air vents, and both door locks work with the key. Not working: horn, cig lighter.This is a very nice 64 Galaxie 500 XL convertible that can be enjoyed right away. Put the top down and cruise around town in style!Nothing needed to fix to drive this 60's cruiser convertible. Pretty rare original factory color.
