Warehouse find 1932 Ford tudor sedan. Body is above average. It was painted 40 years ago and always warehoused, so it is showing some age. It's a model 18 as stamped into the frame, factory V8, BUT the engine is a 1934 to 1936 model with a 2 bbl carb. I have a vin verification and Georgia conditional title. I can also supply an affidavit saying there are no liens on the car. I will also supply a bill of sale and if you need it, a current registration. There should be no problem transferring the title. Check with your DMV (with someone who knows what they're doing!). The car was in a collection and hasn't been registered for the 40 years the previous owner had it. It last ran about 6 years ago when it was rented by Disney for the newer Lady and the Tramp movie. I haven't seen the movie so I don't know if it made the cut. I pulled the plugs and put Marvel Mystery Oil in all cylinders as a precaution. As I said before, it was warehoused all the time so the motor should be fine. Gas tank was replaced about 8 years ago. It has 5 18 inch wheels. The tires hold air but are cracked from sitting. People in the old days used to sit on the front fenders and the fender beads would crack. A common fix was to weld round bar up under the bead and work the cracks. The front fenders have this "fix". There is a fine coat of bondo on the pass. fender and some cracks are showing as pictured. The cracks are from stress as there is no rust under the fenders. A real good body man could bring the front fenders back. So the front fenders need some work but the rest of the body and rear fenders are way above average with a few small dings here and there. This car has the 25 louver hood, which as you know is very de$ireable. The grille insert is awesome. The shell has a ding. The interior is mohair and in overall good shape. There is a small tear on the back of the drivers seat and a stain on the bottom of same seat. I don't believe the clock is original to the car but it is a Ford clock. I have new exterior door handles that go with the car. Glass is all good but the mechanisms will need to be fiddled with. If you want to see the car or send someone to check it out, that's a great idea. Let me know. The car is for pick up only in Savannah, Ga. High bidder to put $500 down within 24 hours of auction close with balance in cash or bank transfer. Full payment to be made within 7 days. Let me know if you have any questions or need any more pictures. This is an above average car for the age. If you don't want the hood, I'll keep it and take $1500 off the final price.
