1972 Custom Ford Bronco Restomod - Gorgeous

I am pleased to offer this one of a kind/custom 1972 Ford Bronco. This Bronco was completed in Oct. 2024 and has been driven 495 +/- shakedown miles since. VIN # is U15GLN28392.

This 1972 ford bronco had undergone an extensive frame off restoration. The journey began with a bare frame that was sandblasted and powder coated in silver vain along with the other suspension parts. Then, the factory ford body was completely stripped to bare metal and then refinished. The complete undercarriage was sprayed with raptor bed liner and painted in PPG paint (hugger orange). The exterior and engine bay of the bronco was refinished in PPG paint (Jet Fighter Grey).

The whole interior was sprayed in raptor bed liner. As you can see by the pics, the interior was completely refinished to be a one of a kind custom interior. It was wrapped in grey material with custom orange double diamond stitch pattern along with orange welting. The front seats were sourced from a second generation Bronco and the rear seat is factory from this Bronco. The door panels are custom wrapped to match the seats along with the dash pad. Also features a front carpet along with floor mats and center console and a full family roll cage.

The drivetrain consists of a remanufactured Ford 302 with a Holly Sniper EFI fuel injection system with MSD distributor and and ignition system. The motor is mated to a rebuilt C4 transmission along with a new torque converter. The front Dana 20 transfer case was resealed along with the rear Dana 44 and the Ford 9 inch rear.

My Personal Impressions:

I had the pleasure to inspect, drive, photograph and videotape this custom Bronco on 8/9/25. The fit and finish is very high quality on this build. I was very impressed by the presence of this Bronco. It demanded a lot of attention on a beautiful day in Northern Va. Paint is near flawless as is the interior.

Going down the street, this Bronco also demands attention as it’s headers and dual exhaust announce your arrival. With it’s removable canvas top, this Bronco offers the open touring experience that you expect. I can imagine this Bronco cruising the street of Sag Harbor in the Hamptons or maybe Malibu on the west coast. Either coast or anywhere in between, this Custom ’72 Bronco is sure to impress.

Only Flaw that I saw:

The only flaw that I noticed is located in the engine bay (see photos in the photo section). It appears that some power steering fluid leaked onto an engine cross member and has flaked the paint. I imagine that this can easily be fixed and repainted. Please see pics that I posted.
