Description of 1948 Ford Other Pickups

Here is a very nice "field find". This would make a very nice classic cruiser for very little money. Our plan was to do the mechanicals and just clear coat the existing paint and make a cruise night truck out of it. Has a rebuilt original starter (converted to 12 volt) and cables on it. The motor turns freely. Needs just some general repair and I believe it would run like a top. Floor pans are still solid. needs cab corners. Will have to have a bed floor. All in all this is a very solid truck inside and our. Sold with a bill of sale only. NO TITLE. says rebuilt title but it has NO TITLE. With a truck this age tags it will not be a problem getting tags. Very low reserve so this truck will sell. $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction. balance with in 1 week of the close of the auction. Buyer is responsible for shipping. I can keep the truck for 30 days to allow for shipping. Possible delivery to AR. KS. OK or MO for a fee to be negotiated after final payment has been made.
