Description of 1992 Ford F-150 XLT Flareside |
This is one of the sweetest old school 1992 Ford F150 XLT Flareside/Step Side Pick Up Trucks around! Has bran-spankin new paint. new seat and more and this is a very straight truck to start with. Only has 110k on this one owner Florida Southern truck with no rust that is all stock the way it came from the factory. Air blows ice cold and she runs as good as she looks. Four matched Michelin tires on factory mag wheels that look great. The bed is still like new not all beat up with dents so it was not used as a work truck. This is a top of the line XLT has all the options offered in 1992 except the sun roof. it has power windows. power locks. power mirrors. cloth seat with fold down arm rest and optional drink holder. ilt steering and cruse control along with dual fuel tanks. Has the factory mag wheels and the chrome package. And a terbile sounding factory Am Fm cassette player. I am just being honest and this is one thing I would change right away. This is a great old school truck for someone to use as a daily driver or make it in to a hot rod. Has the factory 5. 0 V8 with an auto transmission with over drive. This truck runs out strong and looks fantastic. The paint is the factory Ford blue from 1992 and it is one of the best blues out there. So for the most part it is about as stock as a 23 year old truck can be. I was restoring this truck for my collection but I have to many projects and I need to cut back on them so I am going sell off a few of them. All the hard stuff is done just some little things you can see in the photos and the dash pad I would replace it is faded and has a few cracks but you could get in it and drive away. I would drive it anywhere because when this truck was built is was built Ford tough out of steel not old aluminum beer cans like today's trucks are!!I have the set of factory side steps that came with it I can toss in and around here someplace I thing I may have a factory trailer hitch for one of these trucks if you want it. Good luck bidding!!! |
