Description of 1929 Ford Model A

Talk about a cool car. this is it. It's a 1929 Ford Roadster sitting on a 1939 Ford frame. It has a 1954 Ford Y Block Overhead Valve Engine that runs great. The transmission is a 3 Speed Manuel that shifts good. It has Hydraulic Brakes that stop good. The tires are new Wide White's. It''s an ALL STEEL body that is very solid. It has new carpet in it and carpet in the trunk area to match. The battery is in the trunk as well as the gas filler. The story behind this Roadster that was told to us is that it was raced in 1957 in the Whelen All American Sportsman Series and won the Championship in it's division in 1957. It was driven and built by Bill Matheny of Savannah. Ga. It's a real good running Roadster that is a blast to drive. I have more pics if anyone wants to see them. This car is also For Sale locally and on other sites so auction could end early. Sold AS IS with no warranty given or implied in anyway.
