Description of 1936 Ford Other Pickups

1936 Ford Pickup Rat Rod

Custom built chassis. 2” x 4” x .120 wall new steel.

16” kick in the rear tapered rails in front.

Got the cab and grill as a basket case. Top was cut off everything else in boxes. Cab has rust out at the two front corners and at the lower back that has been welded back and secured.

Pieced it all back togetherwith thebumps and grinds. Great Rat Rod material!

Bed is from a 31 Chevy. 41 Chevy tail lights.

No door glass. Regulators come with it. No back glass.

New steel trannydrive line tunnel and seat riser.

Drive train is from a stock 1977 Chevy truck. 350350.

Rochester 2 jet carb.

Good strong driver mileage unknown.

Factory Ram’s Horn headers. Replaced old fuel pump with new one.

New ( Napa re-built one wire alternator).

New fuel line and hose connections.

New modulator valve for the tranny.

New Hurst Promatic 2 shifter.

New Aluminum Radiator and electric fan. Fan switch on dash.

New hoses.

Rear spring and shackles are from a 32 Ford.

New four link new shocks.

8” Ford differential new drive line and spider.

New wheel cylinders good shoes and drums.

Matched set of Dunlop GT Qualifiers (25560 R15).

Wheels are 15 x 7. Bolt pattern is 5 x 4 12 with new adapters to 5 x 4 3/4.

Suicide front suspension fabricated friction shocks.

New 4” drop I-beam axle new spring shackles and mounts. New spindles disc brakes and king pins fromSpeedway. Calipers and hoses are from a Chevy S-10.

New Vega steering box and pitman arm. New Ford tie rod ends.

Modified F-100 steering column. Aluminum steering wheel.

New dual master cylinder. All new brake lines and fittings.

New fuse panel and wiring. New ignition switch.

Three new essential 2 1/16” mechanical gauges (oil pressure water temp Volt meter). I left the original gauges don’t know if they work.

Used chrome VDO 8000 rpm tach no turn signals.

I’ve included a vintage Dietz 7 wire turn signal switch (not installed).

New headlights and sealed beams.

I’ve listed this truck as un –titled. However I have a good Nevada title for

A 1937 Ford truck that I will pass on to the winning bidder if needed.

Buyer to pay a $500.00 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction end using PayPal. PayPal is for the deposit only. Balance to be paid to seller Within 7 days of auction end.

Accepted forms of payment on the balance are cash at time of pickup or Cashiers check from a US bank. No wire transfers. All funds must be converted to cash in hand before vehicle will be released to buyer.

Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and cost of pickup or shipping vehicle.

Vehicle is to be picked up at my location in Carson City Nevada

Vehicle will be stored inside for a period of two weeks after sale to give buyer time to arrange shipping or pickup.
