1992 geo metro xfi Southern Car

This auction is for a very well maintained 1992 Geo Metro XFi. There are written dealership records showing all maintenance the first 130,000 miles. I purchased this vehicle from Richmond, VA in 2013 and drove it back to Ohio site unseen averaging over 50 MPG with zero issues. While it is a southern car, there is some rust on the drivers frame horn, but in the 10 years I've owned it, the vehicle has been stored in a garage and never driven in snow or salt.
Things to note:
Interior is in pretty great shape for the mileage and compared to many similar Metros.
Complete tune-up with wires, cap, rotor, and platinum tipped plugs was completed ~5000 miles ago along with fresh pennsoil synchromesh.
Battery is roughly 4 years old.
Synchros and gear changes are smooth.
While it's garaged, there may be some mice who have moved into the car. The last time I drove this car regularly in 2020, I removed the entire hvac system, cleaned it all out, and placed metal mesh onto the cowl air intake opening to prevent mice from coming in.
