WERE DO I START...THIS IS A 1941 GMC PICKUP THAT STARTED LIFE AS A DEUCE AND A HALF. THE CAB HAS BEEN CHOPPED AND CHANNELED WITH PLENTY OF LEG ROOM ON THE INSIDE. THE BED HAS BEEN SHORTENED AND IS FROM A 59 CHEVY TRUCK. THE HOOD AND GRILL ARE THE ORIGINAL FROM THE DEUCE TRUCK. THE FRAME WAS HAND MADE FROM TUBE AND IS VERY WELL BUILT. THE FRONT AXLE IS A STOCK CHEVY TRUCK AXLE THAT A REMOVED THE DRUM BRAKES AND PUT ON THE DISC BRAKE CONVERSION. THE REAR IS ALSO A STOCK CHEVY TRUCK WITH 342 GEARS AND I HAD THE AXLES REDRILLED FROM 6 BOLT TO 5 BOLT TO RUN THE LARGE REAR TIRES. BOTH FRONT AND BACK HAVE LEAF SPRING SUSPENSION.THE WHEELS ARE BILLET SPECIALTIES, 5X12 IN THE REAR AND 15X8 FRONTS WITH THE NEW STYLE MICKEY THOMPSON TIRES. THE TRUCK HAD AN OLDS MOTOR IN IT AND I CHANGED IT TO A BUILT 350 I HAD WITH ALOT OF CHROME AND POLISHED PARTS, HE TRANNY IS A 350 WITH A 2500 STALL CONVERTER. AS FOR THE INTERIOR IT IS MINIMAL WITH A SET OF BUCKET SEAT, ORKING GAUGES, &M SHIFTER, ND ALSO HAS A STEREO, UT STILL HAS THE OLD SCHOOL STEERING WHEEL.THE CHOP ON THE CAB WAS DONE VERY WELL AS FOR THE CANNEL OF THE FLOOR. THE WINDSIELD ROLLS OUT FOR AIR AND ALL THE SIDE GLASS IS IN AND WORKS UP AND DOWN. THE GAUGES WORK IN THE TRUCK AS IT HAS TURN SIGNALS, EATBELTS, ARKING LIGHTS,ETC. THE BODY IS DONE IN THE FLAT BLUE AND THE INSIDE IS SHINY WITH THE OLD SCHOOL PINSTRIPES. IN THE BED THERE IS A COVER AND UNDER IT IS A 12 GAL GAS TANK WITH THE BATTERY. I HAVE UPDATED THE LIGHTS ALSO. THIS TRUCK IS A BLAST TO DRIVE AND GETS ALOT OF LOOKS. THIS IS WHAT I CONSIDER A RAT TRUCK AS THERE IS NO WEATHER STRIPPING AND IT BANGS AND RATTLES AS THEY DO WHEN YOU DRIVE THEM. THIS IS BY NO MEANS JUNK IT IS A VERY WELL BUILT TRUCK AND RUNS GREAT WITH NO ISSUES. THESE ARE VERY POPULAR NOW AND YOU CANT BUILT THIS TRUCK THIS NICE FOR THE PRICE. ANY QUESTIONS EMAIL ME .
