Description of 1984 GMC Sierra 1500

1984 GMC 6.2L Diesel engine. Automatic transmission. 4x4 works. Rally wheels. 2 new batteries. New starter. New fuel filter. We dropped the transmission to replace the fly wheel and now the engine won't turn. This truck had one owner it's whole life until I purchased the truck in 2015. Replaced batteries and fuel filter. Changed oil and new starter. No issues with the truck until this. I'm not a diesel mechanic and I'm not mechanically inclined. This would be an awesome restore project. It's got a lot of potentional.
