Description of 1993 GMC Other Topkick |
1993 GMC Topkick monster truck. Caterpillar 3116 diesel engine with 286k miles (when taken care of, these engines will go past a half million miles),Eaton/Fuller FS4005B 5 speed manual transmission, LMTV military wheels with Goodyear run flat tires. This truck started life as a 26 ft box truck and was shortened and turned into a custom pickup. The truck has hydraulic brakes (the fronts are new) new driveshaft (old one had a vibration), fresh oil change, new Alpine bluetooth stereo with iPod hook up, new Alpine speakers, New HID headlights with red LED halo’s, new LED tail lights. The truck runs and drives absolutely perfect, it moves right along and will do 70-75 without breaking a sweat, it has a GVW of 25k so no CDL is needed to drive it. We drive the truck daily in the summer and use it for promotional purposes. It has paid for itself over and over. People see this truck out at shows and pose for selfies with it and then upload the pictures to social media, it towers over the other cars at shows and can’t be missed, because of this our logo and name has been posted everywhere on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.. social media is the way of the future in business advertising and with something like this there is no better way to get your name out there. The truck turns heads where ever it goes, driving down the highway you will constantly see cars pass by with phones held out the window recording. Its crazy the attention it gets. This past summer we had a vendor booth at Barrett Jackson and had the truck inside the casino, there was a constant crowd gathered around taking pictures of it. I really hate to let it go, but I have several other projects I’m trying to finish and unfortunately can’t keep them all. We will be removing the vinyl lettering with our logos prior to the new owner taking delivery. So the truck will be plain shiny red. I left the lettering on for now because we still use it, and in the event I don’t get what I want for it I will just keep it. If the auction winner is planning to use the truck for promotional purposes as we did I can have my vinyl guy letter it for an additional cost. He does great work and did the lettering thats on it now. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you can think to ask if you’re interested. I would be happy to take more pictures or video of any area you may want to see. If you’re local to Meriden CT, stop by, come see the truck in person and take a ride in it. You won’t be disappointed. The VIN for this truck is1GDK6H1J0PJ516657.I can be reached at (203) 687-7030 or via message on here. Please scroll below to watch a detailed YouTube video of the truck running and driving, mobile users may need to log onto a computer to see the embedded video or cut and paste the link below into your browser. If you win the auction I require a PayPal deposit within 24 hours of auction ending and final payment within 3 days of its end (exceptions to these are ok if we arrange them before the auction ends). If you have a feedback score of less than 20 (thats the little number next to your user name) please contact me before bidding or your bid will be removed. Nothing personal, it’s just that eBay has a habit of attracting people who bid on cars and then fall of the face of the earth. If you’re a serious bidder with a low score you shouldn’t have a problem giving me a quick call first so I can verify you’re normal. Well, I think I covered everything, thanks for checking out my auction! PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BIDDING!! ***!!! If you have a low feedback score or very little transaction history (less than 20 eBay transactions) please email or call prior to bidding or your bid will be removed !!!*** ***!!! PayPal deposit required 24 hours after auction end - full payment due 3 days after auction end !!!*** Please scroll down below to watch a detailed YouTube video tour of this vehicle running and driving.
