I have the original window sticker and Protecto plate still affixed to the truck manual. Engine:89. 00 original miles on the factory V6 engine with 3 speed column shiftFactory power boost drum brakesFactory running gear3. 54 gearsBody:All original body panelsRust:Driver floor @ kick panelBoth outside rockers (insides look and feel solid)Interior:All original front and rear seats ( the front seats for these trucks are difficult to locate)Original headliner ( damaged see pics)Brand new seats belts in rear ( 3 brand new seats belts for front seat included)Driver seats has a broken spring or 2 and needs to be rebuilt. 150 bucks is what I was quoted to repair broken welds and a little rust for the seat. Mechanicals:All electrical work with exception of back up lights. All turn signals. low beams. high beams. dome light. heater. defrost. brake lights. hazards. parking lights. dash lights etc. Extra Parts:This probably the best part of the dealI have (2) original completely rust free doors ( try and find these)(2) original left and right NOS front fenders still in the GM Boxes from the factory ( you can't find these!!!)These parts alone are worth$2. 00 plus. and are included in the price of the truck at a discounted rate2 slider window assemblies - rust free ( try and find these that aren't destroyed)I have an extra lift gate support arm ( a pair goes for $500 dollars)I have original steel wheels and chrome hubcaps with good tires. Spare wheel and tire is still mounted under rear of truck. The winning bidder also has the opportunity to discuss the purchase of a turn key 402 big block mated to turbo 400 automatic transmission and a period correct tilt steering column from a 1970 motorhome with correct wiring harness. Basically I have sourced all the parts to make this an awesome driver with very cool and desired patina paint. Or fix it with GM American made parts and restore it to its original beauty! There are No secrets. No bondo. No Filler! You can get in and drive this truck all over town. cruised down the freeway at 65 straight as an arrow! Very reliable for what it is. Why am I selling? Good question!!! Between my dad and I we have owned this truck since 2008 with big plans. but with kids. sports and a other bills the reality of spending money on this truck is just not in the card. With the enormous popularity these trucks are gaining with hot rod market I would rather see someone with the means to build it rather than see it sit! Please see my feedback as it is 100%. I don't sell junk and am willing to send videos. additional pictures etc for the serious buyerPlease bid with confidence! Here's your chance to own a well documented. original piece of GM history. |
