Super Rare 1967 GMC Sierra Grande 2500 3/4 Ton 2WD Truck. A new more modern look came in 1967 along with a new nickname: "Action Line". GM began to add comfort and convenience items to trucks that previously been for work only. This truck is super rare and super clean as is from the south and has always been garaged and never driven in winter since it has been in Midwest. This truck sports the small rear window that was only offered on 1967 models. This truck also retains original leaf springs that are also rare and came on 3/4 ton and 1 ton GMC models. 3/4 ton trucks also came with an 8x6.5 inch bolt pattern. Rear axle is a DANA 60 with a 4:11 gear ratio. This rare GMC comes with manual brakes, no air and no power steering. This truck was restored in the mid 90's and had the front fenders replaced and was also painted. Original motor (327) is on a stand at my shop and will go with truck if reserve is met. During the professional restoration done four years ago the motor was replaced with a 454 Big Block pushing out over 500hp. Motor is matched up to a new process 4sp transmission with a granny gear. Brand new heavy duty clutch with new flywheel. Over $12,000 spent on motor alone. Truck runs great and draws a ton of attention. I also have a 90 second video of truck running if you would like to see it. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. You can come and see the truck or have someone view it for you. Finally, a $500 non-refundable deposit is due at auction end.
