The truck is 100% rust free and has been a California truck since new. According to auto check the miles are original (47. 92) and the truck has a zero accident history. The truck originally belonged to a municipality (hence the low mileage) and was used very little. however it seems like the oil pump may have stopped working and therefore the truck now has a rod knock(bad engine). The engine still turns and ran when we took our photos but could stop running completely at anytime. The cab and chassis are extremely nice. Lovely original paint. No Dents. The interior is in excellent condition for being 31 years old. The dash looks great (no cracks) as well as the seats. The drivers rubber matting is worn only on he drivers side. The clutch feels great and shifting through the gears was smooth and easy. The brakes. steering and suspension all felt good and we only tested the vehicle at very low speeds. but everything felt very solid and tight. This is a super nice truck that will need an engine. The possibility are unlimited with this truck and it would make the perfect candidate to put a regular bed or do something really cool and custom to it. She has great bones and unfortunately we do not have the time for any more projects so the new owner will have some fun with this one. This is a NO RESERVE so the high bidder will win.
