Description of 1972 GMC Suburban

For sale is my 1972 GMC Suburban. I have owned this Suburban for the last ~25 years. It is a rust-free, Arizona vehicle that has been meticulously cared for. It has factory front and rear air conditioning, both of which work great. I just installed a new compressor and had the system overhauled for this year's summer weather. Additionally, the brakes have been gone through and are in great condition with a new master cylinder.
The motor is an older Chevy crate 350 carbureted engine with approximately 5,000 miles on it. The transmission is a built TH350. Neither are going to win any races, but both are dependable and reliable.
The body is almost perfect. There is no cancer anywhere, and only some mild surface rust on the undercarriage as you can see from the photos. There are some scratches on the roof of the vehicle, again as is shown in the photos. You will never see them unless you are either really tall or go looking for them by climbing up on a ladder. No dents or damage beyond the roof scratches.
Just put a new battery in (8/17) and the tires are new and have less than 1,000 miles on them as well. This vehicle is in great shape and good to go.
