Runs and drives.
The engine does not smoke or tick.
Exhaust is quiet.

Excellent Beach Cruiser.
The van is straight as an arrow.. Minimal rust for a van of this age.
Headlights, turn signals, brake lights, high beams, blower motor, all work.
