Hello, for your consideration is my personal truck. It isn't yet perfect, but has many good qualities that make it stand out from others. For instance, it was optioned with a 396 and turbo 400, black paint with a white roof, air conditioning (not currently connected), power steering, power brakes, and gauges.I had replaced the brakes a while ago, but the booster needs to be replaced. The front suspension is tight and has a fresh alignment. The original engine and transmission were long gone when I bought the truck, but I replaced it with another big block Chevy. It is a 454 that is balanced with new pistons, new stainless valves, new Lunati Cam, lifters, springs, locks, and retainers as well as the normal items during rebuilds. I have an aluminum intake manifold with a Holley 850 double pumper and headers. The transmission was rebuilt. It is a Turbohydramitic 400 with new sprag, clutches, steels, seals, etc.. This truck performs well. This is a running and driving truck. I've used this truck for trips up to 150 mile round trips with no problems other than needing another brake booster.I was planning on installing a fuel vapor return line, but never completed it.This is a very solid truck. It has been in Texas since new. This is not a rusted out Northern truck. It still has the factory crayon markings on the firewall. video at:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEXM9byx-wQ
