For sale 1972 GMC Sprint SP454, W code, manufactured in Kansas City MO, California car. Originally a 454 automatic car with bucket seats. In 1980 the vehicle was restored by Andy Honda in San Francisco CA, the 454/auto was replace with a GM Targetmaster 350 crate motor and a Muncie 4spd. My dad bought it in 1984 in San Francisco for my 16th birthday and drove it to our home in North Carolina. In the late 80's my dad repainted the car and removed the black vinyl top. In the mid 90's my little brother up graded the suspension with Hotchkis suspension parts, lowered the vehicle and up graded the drivetrain with a Tuned Port Fuel Injected 350 and a Borg Warner 5spd transmission. It has a GM 10 bolt rear end with a posi-differential. It has been in storage for the past 6 years. I have recently removed the lowering springs and replace them with stock ride height springs and new Bilstein shocks and changed all the fluids. The seals around the front and rear window failed at some point and the floor pans have some rust. The headlight switch is broken and the transmission has started to grind going into 3rd and 5th gear. The vehicle runs and drives great. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
