Description of 1948 GMC Other

This is a 1948 GMC Truck with a hydraulic tilt bed. The bed is flat and has pockets for a stake railing. I have owned this truck for about 10 years and planned on restoring it but currently have no time to do so. The truck is fairly complete and solid. Has been in southwest Oregon most of its life. I do not know a lot about it mechanically, I have not tried to get it running. The truck has been in storage for years
The hydraulic ram system for the tilt bed appears to be intact, complete and usable. Also the truck appears to be mechanically complete and would probably run without too much work.

This truck is a restoration project and would be a great addition to the farm. Vintage restored trucks of this type are becoming very popular and this one could be used to haul things or even restored for a business, shows and parades. If you own a feed store, construction company or any kind of business that could benefit from this truck, it could be a great wright off restoring it for your business !!!
This truck is being sold as is and on a bill of sale only. The original title is long lost. This truck has been off the road for 20 plus years.
Winning bidder needs to pay a deposit within 48 hours after the auction ends and paid in full within 7 days from auction ending. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping/removal of the truck. I can assist with the loading of the truck. The truck can also be stored for a short period of time while waiting for a transport company to remove it or the buyer to pick it up.
