Here at the GR Auto Gallery we make it a point to acquire solid, well done vehicles that stand out. This 1979 Chevrolet C 10 K2500 High Sierra, Camper Specia, ¾ ton 4x4 Pickup is no exception. The truck was professionally restored in Washington. It was a one owner, rust free truck and was completely disassembled. It is obvious that no expense was spared during the process. The truck was stripped and painted in its believed to be original...medium brown metallic and Ivory paint scheme. The interior is new and is neat and tidy. The truck does have the original saddle door panels that are in excellent condition. The truck has the top of the line trim level and the chrome is in excellent condition. The truck rides on brand new 265/75/16 radial tires on freshly powder coated, factory steel wheels with correct GMC dog dish hubcaps. The truck was given a new brake booster and master cylinder. The legendary 350 cubic inch 4-bolt main 4v engine was rebuilt as well. Rather than just slapping headers on it, the original manifolds were cleaned and used and all new exhaust gaskets were put in place. This truck is excellent in every aspect and certainly a must have for collector or enthusiast. Brand new trucks today can cost well over $60,000 and this one has more appeal and will turn more heads than a brand new truck. Classic trucks and 4x4's continue to acquire more value every day and this one is a great investment.
