Here is a real beauty and one you don't see around too often. VIN # 1 G T D C 1 4 K 5 P Z 5 4 0 3 4 6 Built in Fort Wayne Indiana on 05/04/93 this 1993 GMC Sierra SLE C1500 stepside short bed is equipped with the 5.7 liter 350 ci engine and the GM hydramatic 4L60E 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission. putting that power to the ground is a GT4 3:73 geared G80 positraction rear end.Its a fully optioned truck and has the highest option level available in a GM standard cab pickup in 1993. the bucket seat/console option is certainly my favorite. it is also equipped with the ZQ8 sport suspension package which is also found on the 1993 Silverado 454SS pickup. the most obvious part of the ZQ8 is the very beefy 275/60/15 Bf Goodrich tires mounted to the N83 chromed sport wheels. the engine runs extremely well with no hesitation and has smooth power while moving forward through the gears. the 4 speed automatic is in good health and shifts as it should with no laziness whatsoever. there are no leaks from the driveline and is very dry underneath. the original exhaust finally gave out and i personally installed a new factory style replacement 3" in with dual 2.25 out which has retained a very similar sound to the original.(slight rumble). The original 8555 black base/clear paint has held up very well considering the issues GM had with their paint systems in the 80's/90's. its not without flaws mind you but overall very acceptable. Its an original paint one owner truck from here in the Pacific Northwest and is absolutely rust free. the interior in my opinion has held up remarkably well and has minimal wear and virtually no sun fade. the carpet is in amazing original condition as are the seats. the headliner is intact with 2 small areas where it recesses into the sunvisors where it has separated. i have placed a few sewing needles strategically to prevent any further travel. the body has 3 small parking lot dings on the right side and 1 on the left which are not sharp and can easily be removed by a PDR specialist. both fiberglass box skins have some chips in the paint on the edges all the way around. these sides unbolt easily from the box and are not expensive to refinish. i thought about doing all this little stuff andput a 4/6 lowering kit in it with a few other must have'sbut i tend to get really carried away and once completed i wouldn'twant to sell it, then it would sit in the corner of our facility with the other half dozen chevy trucks and collect dust for years (no, none of them are for sale). in closing i think its an amazing truck and my hopes are for for someone to get great enjoyment out of it and maybe put their personal touch on it.As always i will assist buyer (if required) to arrange the most cost effective and safest shipping option possible as i have many contacts from years of moving vehicles and equipment globally. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping from our property in Mount Vernon WA to their location and in addition any taxes, fees applicable in your home state.
