FOR SALE ---1986 gmc short bed NEW MOTOR----***** PLEASE TAKE THE TIME READ ALL THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE AN OFFER OR BUY THIS TRUCK IF YOU BUY THIS I WILL REPLY RIGHT AWAY WITH CONTACT INFORMATION YOU THEN MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS DO NOT LEAVE ME HANGING PLEASE !!!!I AM OFFERING IT AT A GREAT PRICE ( priced now below value ) ITS NOT A SHOW TRUCK AND NEEDS SOME SMALL THINGS BUT ITS AWESOME AND I AM THE 3 RD OWNER all the cab mounts are new and so much more" EVEN A NEW ENGINE"( 305 with a VERY mild cam and runs great )THE PRICE IS SET TO SELL AND this is a nice truck to use and not a show truck, the motor has just been replaced with new motor and transmission is used, it has a tune up, it does not smoke or use oil or leakthese are hard to find, the floors and rockers are all original, the inside bed has been coated (THIN bedliner) on the bed floor and tailgate with a color matched spray in thin 2 coats it had no rust that I could findThe radio does not work, the speedometer and gas gauge just recently stopped working, AND THE Radio doesn't work and isn't hooked up, the headlights need adjusted, but all work the left turn signal has to be held down but works (the little things I mentioned earlie, the body is ok but has some dings and a few minor flawsthe AC needs hoses and a compressor, brackets, and repairs but this won't take too much as it was an air-conditioned truck and i installed all the duct work and vacuum lines are connected and a new blower motor that works good even on high has new wiper moto, it has bed rail COVERS made of aluminumthe manual doors have been replaced and with original gm factory POWER doors, they have new internal parts and new felts, door seals etc, and they work and original gm bumpers front and rear installed and a original grillit has had everything on the front brakes done the rear work well, to bring this truck back has been many, many hour labor of lov, its road worthy but since its had so much work don, I would drive it locally before any long trips from home but thats up to you it runs grea, with a new motor it should be good you can drive i, i am now driving it dailywhat work I have done is all the history I know of this truck, it IS registered and tagged and I have a clear South Carolina title in my nam, and i drive it dailythe dash is a cove, the seat was a replacement and it has a good cushion bud needs an original cover , it has a new windshield, i replaced the rear window with a solid gm glass one and removed the broken slider it hadit has new carpet, headliner and working seat beltsthe tires are ne, it has 6-1/2 rally rims is front and 8" rally rims in the rear ( NEW shocks,brakes and much morethe tires are the same height but different width from front to rear, the truck has been Leveled with rear drop shacklesits a sharp good old truc, needs a hom, I have saved this truck and it just needs a good hom, ( I have been doing these one at a time for over 20 yrs and working on old classics most of my adult life about 50 some yrs and I sell C 10 parts )priced to sell no games and I don't have time for scammerssold AS I, WHERE IS with no warranty, no returns, no refunds, these older trucks are a vehicle that should have an owner who know what it takes to maintain and make " YOUR OWN " AND do improvements and repairs as neede, remember this vehicle has had a lot done to i, but its got some small things still needing don, right now I am driving it everyday locally just to put some miles on it and other than the small things i have mentione, it runs and drives great!!!!
