Description of 1967 GMC Pickup

This GMC heavy duty tow truck was bought by the ny city DEP for in house movements of trucks in vehicle storage facility. It has a little over 47,000 miles. Truck runs and drives everything works like it should the only problem the truck has at the moment the wheel break cylinders are shot so (no breaks) I have moved it around with the emergency breaks only.
