Description of 1994 Honda Del Sol

1994 Honda Civic Del Sol (Needs Head Gasket Work)
For Sale is a 1994 Honda Civic Del Sol S (1.5L 16V L4) with a blown Head Gasket. I noticed this when it was losing coolant and smelling funny. I took it to Honda service who advised us of the problem. I was going to do the work myself but do not have time with school and work.
I did however bought the newparts to fix it:head gasket set; timing belt; water pump; thermostat; and the ac, lternator, nd power steering belts. I will include the parts with the sale of the car.
This car is perfect for someone who likes to work on vehicles as a hobby, r for a mechanic.
Also, he vehicle has been garage kept and not driven since the diagnosis.
Finally, am selling the car as is.
Other things to note:

I bought the vehicle back in 2010 with a reconstructed title and with 48,757 miles on it.
Vehicle has low mileage and is in pretty nice condition for a 1994 model.
Body has some small rust spots here and there.
Body also has some stone dings which cannot be avoided.
Tires and wheels are not original and are 5+ years old but there is some tread left (I do have the original ones if you need them).
Interior is pretty decent, gain, or a 1994 model.
The airbag light is constantly on, ut told because the car is over 20 years old.
Car always ran nice and all maintenance was done to it (i.e.: oil changes, park plugs, tc.)
The car stereo in there is an aftermarket; it works except for the pullout screen, hich doesn't display anything (I have the original radio).
