Description of 1986 Honda Civic 1500 Sedan

Got this car in 2011 when it had 77000 miles on it. Replaced the timing belt, alternator, starter, and cooling-related parts (hoses, thermostat). Car now has 122341 actual miles. Used it as a daily driver to work and back. Paint is original. Prior owner resprayed the bumpers black. No dents (other than a couple of small door dings). Any missing emblems or molding I still have. Have the original stock Honda wheel covers. Interior all original. All gauges work. Honda AM/FM radio works. Speakers were replaced. Carpet replaced in 2011. Headliner is all original and in excellent shape. All glass in good condition. Car came with an aftermarket "Chapman-Loc" security device. Has a key that disables the starter.
Other than routine maintenance, no engine work has been done. Totally stock engine - no modifications. There is a small oil leak associated with the valve cover (gasket, probably). Car does not burn oil - exhaust is always clear. I use10W30 semi-synthetic oil in it. The Civic will get 30 - 35 MPG during routine driving. Automatic transmission shifts smoothly, both up and down. Have replaced the trans fluid & filter once since 2011. The passenger-side CV joint has a torn boot and needs to be replaced. Most parts are still easy to find and fairly cheap. At this time, the air conditioner is not working. Small exhaust leak near muffler. Both rear brake wheel cylinderswere replaced last year. Has new pads and shoes.
The Honda has alwaysbeen "carport kept." It has never left me sitting. Fun car to drive, but now, it has been replaced by a truck.
(NOTE: Northwest Florida car. Not affected by Hurricane Irma.)
