Description of 1987 Honda CRX

This car has been really great. However, we have a growing family and need something with more seats.
The car is old so it has a few issues:-The A/C doesn't work, but the heat blows.-The radio doesn't work.-Other than that it just has some cosmetic issues like torn upholstery and some chipping paint.
There is one key, both floor mats, the owner's manual, a lockbox in the hatch area that unlocks with the car key, and all of the maintenance records for the past 20ish years in the lockbox.
I am not much of a car guy, but this car is a lot of fun and I get compliments on it all the time. Despite the issues I am very sad to see it go.
