It is time to sell the 1989 Honda Prelude SI 2.0. I have stored it for over 15 years and the barn mice are getting way more use of it than me. My dad bought it from the original owner, and I bought it from my dad when my mom said he was done zipping around town with a stick shift. He is now 94. The car is in great condition for a '89. I am sure there has been some paint work here and there, and dings and scratches. left hand door has cloth coming loose from the speaker cover. There is some wear on the drivers seat from getting in and out. I mounted a drink holder between the 2 front seats. I put some Chevrolet Cobalt take off alloy wheels on it around 2004, and put new radials on it at the same time. there is less than 2000 miles on these tires. I also have the original steel wheels and hub caps, with decent tires on them. It has a workingpower antenna. I put a new battery in it last month. There is a fading mouse nest smell in the car. I have had the car professionally detailed and had a repair shop open up the HVAC system and remove mouse nests. This smell will eventually fade. Non- Smoker car. Starts, runs great, would not be scared to drive anywhere in it. Look at the pictures. Any questions, go ahead and ask, I will do my best to answer. Car is in Michigan, but has spent most winters stored.Great car to make intoyour dream sports car. Thanks for looking.
