Description of 1993 Honda Accord EX Wagon, Time Capsule, lifetime SoCal car, RARE!!

Time Capsule! I bought this from original owner in May 2019. She bought this new at Robertson Honda of North Hollywood California on 11/19/19. This is confirmed on Clean Carfax that I ran on 5/17/19. She gave me all paperwork when bought new (Original window sticker, original owners manual, warranty book, Robertson Honda envelope, Auto transmission tag, cruise control tag, ignition key chip, air bag warning card, anti theft radio ID card, Goodyear tire policy card.

This is a rare Green 1993 Honda Accord EX Wagon with tan interior. Everything works perfectly. Completely all original. It has been in Southern CA its entire life so there zero rust anywhere!! The paint looks brand new as its been garaged its whole life. No dents, no scratches. The interior is amazing as she had no kids so only the drivers seat was sat in. The drivers seat look wonderful as she is a short thin lady.
The GoodYear tires are only a few years old and battery date sticker is 8/17. You rarely find a 1990-1993 Honda Accord Wagon let alone a like new EX model with such low miles. Most of these have over 250k miles. The original window sticker, owners manual and other books/tags look brand new.
