109,xxx miles. Its my daily driver so they will go up

The car has the following parts replaced in the last 8 months:
Brake master cylinder
All four calipers
Clutch
A/c compressor
Tires are still about 65% Nitto 450's
Kenwood BT headunit and new speakers
Upper control arms on all four corners
New radiator
Greddy EVO exhaust (this may get removed and stock one in its place)
The car does have some minor rust in the rear wheel arches. The vehicle sat for about 8 years due to the previous owner passing away. I got it and made it road worthy again. The car is garage parked and is not driven much. It was to be a project car but plans are changing. The car also went through a hail storm years ago. The car has never been in an accident. The hood however has the extent of the hail damage. It would be easier to replace it then repair it.
