1997 Honda Civic Type R EK9 RHD Hatchback

40,711 miles. Odometer reads 65,518km

You can judge for yourself where the quality of this build is. I've spared no expense. Car has a Full Race Turbo Kit with a Garrett GT30R. Car still has AC and power steering. I currently have it registered and insured in S.C. I've also had it titled in Pa, and NJ. It's a 10 digit VIN (blue badge) real EK9 car.

The paint isn't perfect but it shows well. Interior isn't perfect but it shows well. The mechanical score is a 10/10. The motor is a B16b. It's been pulled apart and bored to 1.8L and rebuild with all Forged Weisco stuff inside. It has a true CTR LSD 5-speed Trans. Stage 3 Clutch. HASPORT race mounts. Not street mounts. Catch can, virtually everything that could be upgraded was. Hondata. The car dyno'ed at 455whp @ 9100. You could easily turn the boost up and add another 100, but I wanted a stable driving car. Also included is about 7.5gal of Motul, and oil filler jug👍🏼

Tein Coils, Toyo tires, wheels are not reps, and are in perfect condition. The entire build has about 2,000 miles. Comes with double din CTR dash panel (not installed) Incase you wanted a larger car audio receiver. Car has a crap head unit in it, but it has good JL 6" Speakers in doors, and JL 6x9s in the rear. No amp. The sound system would be the first thing I'd upgrade if I was a new buyer.

I'm not desperate to sell. The car has real value with much more potential considering any real type R's are bringing top dollar. I know this isn't an ITR. I also don't need purists telling me I shouldn't have turbo'd it. THIS is the car for sale.
