This is a 1988 Honda Civic DX hatchback for sale as a parts car. 260. 95 miles Fun Facts: 1 owner. never in an accident. title free and clear. bought new in 1987. /p> Made in Japan. I can only. in good conscience. sell this car as a “parts car” even though it will scoot around town. I wouldn’t try to drive 300 mile in this thing without a chase car. This could be a good starter base for a Gran Turismo Civic. All parts and motor are original with the exception of the radio and door speakers. These things work: The Motor! Yes it runs. pretty good for its age. It needs a choke adjustment and a tune up. If you live within 15 or 20 miles. you could drive it home!! The brakes. They are in fair shape The horn The wipers Good Tires almost like new. Alignment is good. Rolls straight. The body and frame are in great shape. Never torqued. wrecked or bent. The muffler and exhaust Very little to no visible rust. The body has a few dings and dents but it is pretty solid These thing don’t work: The low beam head lights. The high beams work and look like low beams. The back hatch lift supports The radio The paint is ok but I only wash it once a year if that. It could use a scrubbing. Small leak in the back hatch. Some water collects in spare tire area. The transmission is on its way out. The CV joints pop while turning. It’s been That way for several years. I have always taken it easy in tight turns.
