Description of 1991 Honda Accord LX

This is a used 1991 Honda Accordwith 124,480 miles. It's VIN number is 1HGCB7251MA065806.
It had the head in the engine replaced about a year ago. When they put the head on, they didn't have the block machined, resulting in a seal failure between the block and the seal. It's fixable; I just don't want to mess with it anymore.
The car will not start. It is currently sitting on a gravel lot in Athens, OH and will need picked up.
It was repainted about three years ago, but the person I hired to paint it did a crappy job and the paint is now peeling.
Other than that, it has good tires, a new exhaust system, and a new seal.
