1987 honda crx DX runs and drives rust and brake issues

1987 Honda Civic CRX runs and drives has rust issues and brake issues. Also needs to be jumpstarted the valve cover leak so it smokes in the front but the miles are low. The engine is good. The transmission is good would be a good fixer-upper for somebody looking for a low mileage, Honda CRX. I recommend bringing a trailer to load it and tow it away because the brakes are sticking and the battery won’t stay charged possibly alternator but it will jump and run with the battery box.
