Description of 1976 International Harvester Scout

Professional frame off restoration (w/ over $50k in receipts).

Stunning convertible beach rig (w/bikini top) in the summer or hard top on in the winter.

A full frame off professional restoration by a Scout guru, his 1976 Scout ii has been painted Omaha (Competition Orange) with black rallye stripes over a fully disassembled media blasted body and functional cowl hood scoop (including epoxy primer and epoxy bed liner under the body and on the inside of the floor). The inside the doors and both front and rear quarter panels were coated with the POR15 product after media blasting before being epoxy primed and painted. No rust possible on this rig! Additional improvements include a front winch w/ new custom sliders and bumpers and new Super Scout mirrors.

Suspension includes a new 4" skyjacker lift, F Goodrich TAs (33x12.5x15s) tires (90% wear remaining), ana 44 front and rear diffs (with rear locker), isc brakes all around with hydroboost and stainless steel lines (stops on a dime). New HD Saginaw power steering box and pump, djusted caster of front axle and added sway bar for improved driveability, 33 gallon fuel tank with new Warn front hub.

The motor, 345 cid V8 engine has just been rebuilt with match ported heads and is fuel Injected w/ MSD's Atomic EFI with a new electronic distributer and recently passed CA emissions.

The transmission is a 4spd manual (T19) with 13" HD Clutch and the transfer case is bullet proof.

New dash & front seats w/ belts, ilt steering column, oll bar and reupholstered rear bench seat.
