Description of 1974 International Harvester Scout

Good start for a project. Only tiny bit of rust in the floors but they are solid
truck does not currently run, but look like new freeze plugs
motor is free and I turned crank all the way around.
Truck was in line for restoration at a major collectors shop. I believe the motor to be rebuilt and ready to go. new paint, new freeze plugs
