Up for sale is My 1977 Scout II ss Baja. Has new rebuilt 345V-8 4brl duel exhause. New rebuilt 727 Auto Transmission. Cleaned. checked out and painted Dana transfer case. Motor has less than 50 miles on it. Was repainted about two months ago. White with green stripe inserts painted on. Body is in good shape. Has a few dings here and there. Just bought and installed new SOFTOPPER top and door skins. door frames and hinges. Has back seat. I will list some of the things that have been replaced with either new. rebuilt or good used parts: Motor=10-10 crank kit. cam. gear bearings etc. Transmission. ebuilt 400 Eledebrock 400 carb- Battery New alum-3 row radiator power steering gear box Tie rod Power brake booster master cyl Brake shoes and pads Brake hose Wheel cyls New white steel wagon wheels and lug nuts New 235X78X15 Tires New Bushwacker fender flares Front SS grille Rear tail gate panel New Bestop bikini top Softopper top and doors New windshield and wipers Speedometer cable Accelerator cable All gauges(used) IH am-fm-8 track radio (not hooked-up) ? New rubber gas tank and sending unit. Shocks were not replaced. Horn does not work. Emergency brake needs cable. The floors and bed have been sprayed and rolled with bed liner. New mats. Seats-drivers side has hole in bottom and has a Dickie water proof cover on it. Has lap belt as well as shoulder belts. Cab body mounts are good. The truck sit for years and needed alot of things replaced. The top folds back and has a cover so you don't have to take it off everytime you want to go topless. Also. the sides can be removed so that you have a safari top. It will soon be spring. and the price will go up on nice Scouts like this one. This one is a really good buy. If you are looking to buy an SS Scout. make sure the vin# starts with G0052 to insure you are getting the real deal. Thanks for looking.
