Description of 1957 International Harvester Other

1957 International R-190 factory ORR crew cab, factory Coleman 4x4 conversion, factory power steering, American fire apparatus build up....build sheet to verify all claims... Orig 7,000mi. It's my opinion that it Needs new master cylinder and brake booster to be running driving truck. Looks like fire dept was already into front wheel cylinders as they appear new... I have media blasted the original water tank..sealed it and re welded the tank lid. So that part is done.... Blasted and prepped the "mailbox" water fill box in rear. Needs to be painted yet. Some Paint touch ups done as needed...front pump and bumper still needs to be shot red and had front grill bars and emblems rechromed/polished. (See pic). Truck does not need full resto..in my opinion....just some touching up which I started. You can finish it off to your liking. Will drive onto trailer..you will need to trailer it home. This is probably one of the rarest 4x4 trucks ever built in the 50's...took 4 companies to make it....IH, Orr, Coleman, and American fire apparatus. Full provenance. Please have your shipping ready BEFORE you bid. Will hold truck for 3 weeks after auction ends..after that you will be charged $100 a week. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time for any reason..ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. The newest high dollar craze is building phony crewcabs....this is an original one from the 50,s. Low mileage..The only rust I could locate was some small scale rust on floor where it arcs up towards pedals....will sand off in my opinion...its being kept in temp controlled garage. Was always stored indoors by fire company. Once in a lifetime opportunity for a part of historyGood Luck Bidders!!!! This is a BUY IT NOW or MAKE OFFER AUCTION.For shipping purposes the truck is 15,850lb. 27 3/4 feet long...just under 8ft wide..just under 9ft tall at the some siren on roof.
