Beautiful series 1 XKE OTS, estored investment grade car, uns and drive great, eautiful new paint ( Jaguar color, ut not of this vintage ) numbers matching car, verything correct, ew chrome, ew rack, ebuilt carbs, ew exhaust, bsolutely stunning color combination, ark metallic blue with 2 different pearls, bought this car for a customer 6-7 years ago it was already a restored car in this color, ut they had taken some shortcuts that were unacceptable. We replaced the drivers side rocker ( a very common problem area ) as it was very poorly done, nd replaced it with a genuine Jaguar part, lso replaced both door skins ( also poorly done before ) We thought hard and long about repainting it an original color, ut it was so stunning in that color that we repainted it in that color. We then redid all the chrome ( bumpers, indshield surround, ll the light bezels, tc,) I pulled the differential assembly out and replaced all the bearings and seals, leaned up and painted, eplaced brake master, nd stainless front exhaust down pipes, so now the whole system is stainless ) The previous owner had installed a new Mallory dual point distributor, e could no evidence of the car ever being hit or damaged, he under side of the bonnet is undamaged this is a very good car.
