This action is for a low mile. very original one owner 1990 Jaguar XJS convertible. The car is very clean. with just over 57. 00 miles. This car is exceptionally tidy. and has had only one owner since 1990. Car has a clean California Title in hand. The car has light blue paint with a blue leather interior and the factory wood trim dash. Car does have an automatic convertible top that functions like new. Vehicle comes with the original factory Jaguar informational audio tape and original owner’s manual. as well as the jaguar issued tape deck cleaner. This car is one owner has belonged to an elderly couple since new. and has been lightly driven and has documented repairs and service work. Cosmetically this car is beautiful. and overall is in very nice condition. with just a few minor exterior blemishes. Being very critical the most major flaw is a dent on the underside of the passenger side rear bumper. which unless you are under the car is hardly noticeable. Because of this dent. the chrome trim protrudes slightly on the driver side. but once again unless you are under the car or sitting on the floor behind the car is hard to spot. (See photos) The interior on this car is in great shape and has been well taken care of. the car has always been garaged. All of the gauges work properly. the power windows roll up and down easily and steadily. The power mirrors adjust. the three speed window wipers work. as does the window washer. The horn toots. and the heater works as do the climate controls. but the A/C does need a recharge. Car starts right up. and engine runs very smooth. no over heating. and no warning lights on the dash. Motor feels strong yet very quiet. On the road there’s plenty of power. transmission shifts smoothly but positively. and kicks down nicely when required. The brakes feel great. no noises. no wobbles. warning lights or pulling to one side under braking. The brake pads have been inspected and have plenty of life left. and all four tires have plenty of tread. Car comes with the good looking factory chrome cross laced style rims. which are in good shape. (See photos) On the road this car rides well. No bonks or knocks. there is no rear end noise. a very smooth. very quite ride. The steering feels smooth and steers quite easy. The cruse control does not work and the car does have the usual scuttle shake that most convertibles suffer from. that being said it is still an exceptionally pleasant car to drive. Underneath the car is exceptionally dry for car of its age. and even more exceptional for a Jaguar of its age. (See photos. ) The car just narrowly failed California Emissions (Smog) Test which is one of if not the strictest in the United States. If you live outside of California this is of no concern. bidders with in California will be responsible for passing Smog; the car will be sold as is. Bid to buy with confidence. this car will not disappoint. I try to fully describe the cars I sell so you can make an informed decision when bidding.
