1963 Jaguar Mark 10 This car was built on May 30, 1962, but is Titled as a 1963, going by the VIN # this is the 710 left hand drive built. This car does start, run and stop. It has the original XK 6 cylinder engine with the triple SU carburetors. The compression on all 6 cylinders was between 110 on the lowest cylinder #3, and between 130 to 145 on the other 5. I only test drove it a short way. I can also forward a short video of the engine running to any one who asks. It will need spark plug wires, and the carbs rebuilt, this car sat in a garage for over 30 years before I bought it. The car is originally black with a red interior. The interior that is in it now is from the parts car that goes with it, it will need recovering. The parts car was nearly complete minus the motor. This is a pretty solid Mark 10, the only rust through i can see was a small section on each front toe board the previous owner welded in a patch on each side. It also appears to have some body filler in the middle of the rear pass. side door, as a poorly repaired dent. The chrome is in very good condition, it should polish up very easily. The last couple of pictures are of the parts car. I have many more pictures of the car top to bottom, just call and I will get them to you. The car is located in Acushnet, MA about 1 hour south of Boston. I do not know what it will cost to ship. $500 deposit from winning bidder the rest to be paid in cash on pick up.
