JAGUAR HERITAGE CERTIFICATE

You have found a very uncommon specimen here in this 1970 Jaguar E-Type. This triple black convertible, aside from the soft-top, is absolutely original. All original factory paint and complete interior, an incredible find. The car was purchased new in Santa Barbara, California, one of two bought by the same family. The car has split it's existence between Santa Barbara, California and Tucson, Arizona belonging to that same family for over 45 years prior to acquiring it myself. Not only is the car in a very clean original state, it is 100% corrosion and accident free with just 53850 actual miles. Before coming to my collection, the car sat many years so it has undergone a complete mechanical refresh. Over $14,000 was spent on the engine, clutch, full brake system overhaul, Michelin tires and stainless steel exhaust system. The car now runs and drives nicer than any I have ever experienced and, I can only assume, as nicely as it did off the showroom floor. The car has won numerous awards for it's originality and is quite simply incomparable to the abundance of poorly restored (and over-restored) examples available. As true collectors and enthusiasts alike, a car with this pedigree, this history and this condition/mileage is incredibly uncommon, then consider the rarity of a triple-black color combination. If this car were inserted in a time capsule when new, the value would be far north of $300,000. That being stated, there are those who want extreme collectibility and originality, but do not wish to have that much invested, this will be an amazing alternative with a reserve price that is less than half of that amount. Do not miss this opportunity to own a true piece of history. Please feel free to cal me at (602)315-4055 with any questions or concerns. I am happy to assist with shipping.
