1986 Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas Series III with a healthy 4. 2-liter straight-six engine. a four-wheel independent suspension and sophisticated good looks. the XJ6 was an instant hit in the 80's. It is one of the finest 4 door sedan Jaguar has ever built it combined such beauty. such athleticism. such luxurious accommodations. and such desirability. it became Jaguar's salvation and crowning achievement in the 1980s. and today remains a sparkling everyday drivable collector car. This car is in perfect mechanical condition with new front and rear breaks. new front and rear shocks. tie rods. new air compressor and lots more new parts less than a year ago. It rides and drives perfect. who ever said rides like a Cadillac never owned a Jaguar. If you buy this Jaguar you could come pick it up and drive it home and save on shipping. The interior is still very nice with some normal ware on the fronts sets and the wood grain on the center console is cracking. but can still be bought fairly cheap. The body is nice it is the original paint and has some small rust spots as seen in the pictures. but the undercarriage is very very rust free. If you took the time to fix the small rust spots and paint this XJ6 you one have one fine classic to drive and in joy. and a great investment as the price of these are only going up.
