1990 Jeep Wrangler YJ...All mechanicals are NEW! Body has a few dings and dents but NO RUST!Tub was completely removed, leaned, nd Gator Guard bed liner was sprayed in. All body bolts, eatbelt bolts, oll bar bolts, nd seat bolts were removed, leaned and antiseize was applied. All electrical parts work properly including gauges, witches, ights, nd original AM/FM radio. No wiring has been tampered with. I have pride that everything is OE from Jeep. It has a solid core, ever wrecked, nd frame is rust free and straight. It does need a new top, have all the hardware but bad windstorm ripped the oe top, o I trashed it. Just keep it under a tarp during summer, ho wants a top on then anyway... There are a couple of small dings in the paint, he left front fender has a bend on very front, an be straightened out if you want to keep it all original parts. Only notice it up close. The windshield is cracked from a bird impact. Not in the line of sight, ut will cost around $150 for a new one. Tires are 235/75R15 Goodyear Wrangler Radials with about 10000 miles on them, ittle to no wear and no dry rot.NOW for the good part....Everything under the hood is NEW ! I purchased all parts from NAPA and have the receipts to prove it. All work was done in May, o they all still have warranty....The 2.5 4 cylinder engine was removed, leaned, nd bored .40 over. All internal parts were machined to specs including crank, ods, nd full valve job on head. Plenty of Power, uns 70 on HWY all day long...NEW PARTS: Pistons, iming chain, amshaft, ll valve train parts, alve cover, il pan, ll ignition parts, lternator, tarter, uel injector, 2 sensor, ll filters, an clutch, ll hoses, otor mounts, xhaust manifold, ll exhaust pipes, uffler and CATYLITIC CONVERTER.... Intake plus all metal parts were media blasted and painted to oe color. Radiator was cleaned and painted. NO LEAKS!The flywheel was machined, EW clutch and slave cylinder (quality parts, ot china junk). Clutch master was rebuiltTransmission was completely overhauled. New seals, earing, yncros, nd gaskets. Case was media blasted. Transfer case was checked and resealed. All u-joints in the drive line were replaced.. 4wd was working when removed, ut vacuum harness fell apart, t is $50, just haven't ordered one yet.. Contemplated installing the manual locking unit on front differential, ut never had any trouble with the oe unit.Front and rear differentials were gone through with new bearing, eals and fluid.Front and Rear Brakes are all new, ncluding all hardware, rums, nd wheel cylinders on rear. Front disc were machined and new pads installed.All new shocks and steering stabilizer installedAll steering linkage is only a year or so old, o I just greased it up and it is all tight..New steering pump, ear, nd both hoses. New Intermediate steering shaft installed. Handles like new..Jeep had OE Air Conditioning installed but condenser and compressor were bad. I have all the hardware to install new compressor, hich in itself is impossible to find... Original Ac unit is still under dash, lower works and Ac signal switch works, ust needs compressor, ondenser, oses, nd dryer to make it work. All available at local parts store.I have spent nearly $4000 just in parts, have my own shop so that is free labor! I have owned this jeep for many years and was a good "tinkerer" . I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere in the country! I am moving and need to sell this hobby. Breaks my heart after all I have put into it, ut I have to move on.
