Description of 1969 Jeep Wagoneer

It pains me to do. but I must sell my dear 1969 Jeep Wagoneer. RARE---One of 538 made that year. Has the original Buick 350 V-8 Dauntless motor. Automatic transmission (TurboHydramatic 400). Has new hubs on the front. and new brake pads and new cylinders on the rear. Non-adjustable valves. The only thing not original is the brake master cylinder (needs to be swapped back out. as it is causing a pressure build up). The body is straight-the hail storm that broke the mirror glass did nothing to the body. The transmission will need a rebuild. as it is shifting kind of hard. The motor is still really strong. Has 66. 85. 9 original miles. I have driven this downhill on a sheet of ice. and let me tell you--this baby won't slip at all if you're in low gear 4WD--it just creeps along. Also plows through nearly anything! This is a wonderful vehicle to restore-unfortunately. I don't have the time or the money required at this point. I am starting a business-I could use the extra funds. NOT ORIGINAL: Master cylinder; rear seat; seat belts. There was a trailer brake system put on that we don't like. Also an amp gauge. ORIGINAL: 350 V-8 Buick motor; TH400 automatic transmission; Rochester 2-bbl carburetor (rebuilt a few years back); has a Dana 44 axle; and all else is also original. including the glass. and the cargo mats. Even the windshield wiper fluid bag is original! Has the spare tire mount in the cargo area. ALTHOUGH THE MILES ARE LOW. AND IT RUNS STRONG******. It sat for a very long time. was sold to a local guy. and we bought it from him. I'm fairly certain we are the third owners. The motor runs very strong. but does need attention. as does the transmission. It has current year registration. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE WORKS. Needs new tires. No fifth rim. other four are original.
