This Super Clean 1989 Jeep Comanche has been meticulously maintained. All the work performed has been either documented on ComancheClub.com or is with the file. For starters the truck is a Long Bed Regular Cab 4.0L Automatic. The Truck was stripped down to bare steel and refinished. The Bed is lined with Rhino Linings and has a lifetime warranty. The Color is a GM Aqua Blue Metallic. It has some chips in it that have some surface rust starting as you can see in the pictures. Also pictured, hen the truck was stripped down a small section of the passenger floor was repaired. The Original Renix injected 4.0l has been swapped for a 1994 XJ High Output Motor of similar mileage. This was done with the assistance of a Hotwire Auto Wiring Harness all Originally equipped options were able to remain, uch as the title column with leather wrapped wheel and A/C. The A/C evaporator and heater core are new and A/C system has been changed to R134a Refrigerant. The Truck has a Thule Roof Rack and Rail to house 1 Bike on it. Not Pictured but included is a Color match Topper. The Interior is all original with the exception of the gauges I added, adio and Interior lights which these and all original items work as they should. The original axles were reused when the lift kit was install. The Lift is a 4.5" Rubicon Express with Full Replacement Springs in the rear. The Track Bar was Upgraded to a Rubicon Express HD with Drop Bracket and Brace. The Bed had been accessorized with a Rotopax 2 gal water tank, Patriot Edition Hi-Lift and LED Bed Lights. I used the truck with the topper on for several overnight expedition outings. These accessories were the ticket for this! The Transfer Case has been swapped to a NP242 form a Grand Cherokee so the Truck has 4H Full Time and 4H Part Time. A Fixed Yoke and Custom Driveshaft was used on the rear and a Custom Driveshaft on the front to aid the install of the T-Case. Truck has 285/75R16 Nitto Trail Grappler and 16x8 ATX Cornice Teflon Coated wheels. I also Installed Gorilla Wheel Locks on each wheel. The Truck has 141,500 Miles on it. The Bumpers and Rockers are Nate's 4x4 and Very Sturdy! Rock Rash or Marks on either one. Truck has 1 minor issues. The Driver's Side window if put down all the way will not come back up. Again I have links to the repair documented on the internet and a File from whats not on the internet. I am confident that you will not find a nicer Comanche.
