Description of 1993 Jeep Wrangler |
Motor is the 4. 0 high output inline 6 cylinder. Motor was replaced 30K ago by the previous owner. I don't know why. Motor runs strong. no problems. I use 5w-40 She'll Rotella T6 full synthetic diesel motor oil and K&N oil filters. Fully rhino lined interior floor. Transmission is the TF999 (32RH) 3 speed automatic. Just had a fluid drain and fill less than 5. 00 miles ago. Filter was replaced as well. The odometer shows 135. xx miles. All gauges work perfectly (oil pressure. fuel. speedo. tachometer. temp. batt voltage). Tires are 33"x12" BFG mud terrains with 85% tread left. Just rotated. They are really quiet on the pavement for a MT. I've had them in snow. dirt. mud. and rain. and they have surpassed all my expectations. Wheels are 15" Mickey Thompson Classic Black II. Full size matching spare. Soft top is a bestop sailcloth premium fabric with tinted rear windows. Thicker fabric for reduced road noise and cooler in summer heat. Less than 2 months old. All new hardware as well. Camouflage roll bars covers are new too. Its got a 4" Rubicon Express lift with Bilstein 5100 shocks professionally installed at 4wheelparts. Sway bar disconnects and JKS adjustable track bar. Steering box is new. drag link is new. steering shaft. and so is the tie rod and ends. Basically all steering parts are new. It also has a new flowmaster 40 series exhaust with a high flow cat converter. Hella Black magic auxiliary lights on the pillars and amber fog lights. Both run to switches inside the cab on the dash. Duel tone Hella horn as well. Jeep is also wired for a rear defroster if it had a hard top. The only issue is that the only the 4x4 low works. Have not investigated why 4x4 high doesn't. |
