Description of 1987 Jeep Wagoneer Grand Wagoneer |
Overview: Up for sale is my 1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer 4x4. It has 97,624 original miles which is considered low for these as most have way over 120k miles. The 360ci V8, transmission, and 4x4 all work great with no issues. I bought this GW earlier this year out of Washington state and shipped it to Michigan always keep it stored indoors at my private facility. Overall it is a good solid driver and being a WA truck it is in solid condition. I bought this because I always wanted a Grand Wagoneer and now that I got my fix, it's time to move it onto it's next caretaker. Exterior: The color is the original red but the paint is not in show condition so putting it out there now, this is a driver, not a show truck. Have it repainted to be really nice or drive it as is. The wood paneling is in great condition and shows well. The chrome is in pretty good shape too showing minor wear. All the lights are in good working condition except for the fog lights as I can't seem to get them to work. There is no body rust that I could see or find after examining it. Interior: The interior is also in very good condition overall with the only issues being a crack in the dash, some cracking in the leather of the front seat armrest, and the rear windows do not roll down nor does the tailgate window but I can hear the mechanisms working when I press the buttons. Just never got into fix them. The carpet and seats are in very good condition as is the headliner. The heat and A/C work great as does the stereo and all the speakers. Wheels/Tires: The wheels are original and are in great shape and the tires are newer Toyo Open Country A/Ts with a lot of tread left. Undercarriage: Underneath this is a solid truck showing as a very clean example. I wanted one from the Pacific NW as they are generally rust free considering the roads are not salted and the undercarriage of this one shows quite well. Needs: Not being a freshly restored, mostly original GW, it does not need anything to be dependable nostalgic transportation. But items that could be attended to make it more aesthetically pleasing are the paint and rear power windows. Drive it as is or restore it and make it a standout GW woody as these are appreciating in value. Payment Terms/Shipping/Contact: Clean and clear title. For any questions, call or text Adam at 734-564-2881 or email through eBay. I've bought and sold many cars from my collection on eBay and I'm very easy to deal with. I can also help arrange shipping to anywhere in the lower 48. Otherwise if you desire, you arrange your own shipping or pick up in-person. Only payment methods that I’ll accept are cash in person, certified cashier’s check in person in which it needs to clear my bank first, or wire transfer to my bank account which needs to clear my bank first. Once payment is finalized I’ll release the Jeep and title. If not in-person, I'll overnight the title and prepare the Jeep for shipping. |
